Bumping this up for some additional troubleshooting.
It's perfectly fine to bump a thread containing relevant information!

I've never tried using a triple ocarina and I was wondering, when you use tabs, do they have to be written specifically for the triple ocarina? Or are there any double ocarina or twelve-hole ocarina tabs that work for this instrument as well?

Absolutely! You just have to remember that the high E and F are on the 2nd chamber. However, if you're going to buy a triple, I'd highly recommend learning to read sheet music. It isn't that hard, however, it's extremely useful.

Thank you for clearing things up. I should probably learn sheet music anyway, so I'll get started on that as soon as I find a good instruction book.

As bad as this may sound, this triple ocarina is intimidating! I would kind of prefer to have a clay double chamber, but those are out of my price range, and it would look bad if I performed (I play for tips at a local weekly jam night) on a plastic, or worse if I played on a Zelda ocarina. Because I travel so much, a plastic would likely be best, but plastic is intimidating to me too, as the sound might not be as good. Is there a satisfaction or return policy for these ocarinas?

For sanitary reasons, we can not accept returns. To ensure that each one of you gets a brand new, never been used ocarina, we can not give refunds in any circumstances.

Hi everybody,
my triple gold plastic ocarina arrived few day ago and i'm very happy to play it.
Every note sounds loud and clear except one: d5.
Is there something wrong in my ocarina or is this note to be "different" to play?
Thanks! ;D

Try adjusting your air speed/breath pressure. You may also try tilting the ocarina towards your chest for the highest notes of the 1st chamber. Lastly, check for condensation that has built up.

just bought my triple ocarina (red and orange the picture doesn't do it justice imo) but I had a question, was the triple ocarina supposed to come with a fingering chart, or is it more along the lines of "since you've bought the triple we're assuming you know what you're doing"?

You have to download the fingering chart from online. The fingering charts for all STL's ocarinas can be found here, in PDF form. http://www.stlocarina.com/booklets.html
